Appointments to see the doctor or nurse practitioner can be made in person at either campus during regular office hours.
You can book a doctor’s or nurse practitioner’s appointment over the phone if you have been to the Health Centre before and have registered with us.
Please remember to bring your Humber student ID card and your valid Health Card for each Health Centre visit.
If this is your first visit, to save time you can download the Registration forms and Privacy Practices Notification forms and bring the completed forms with you to the Health Centre on your first visit.
